SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & BILLING POLICY

By purchasing a membership from Hanger&Co, you agree to the following subscription terms:

Membership Overview

Hanger&Co offers a monthly apparel membership that provides customers with curated men’s clothing and essentials delivered on a recurring basis.

• Membership Price: $29.99 per month

• Billing Frequency: Monthly

• Automatic Renewal: Yes

Your subscription begins immediately upon signup and renews automatically every month on the same calendar date unless canceled.

Billing

You authorize Hanger&Co to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until the subscription is canceled. Charges will appear on your statement under our billing descriptor.

If payment fails, we may retry the charge within a reasonable period. Continued failure may result in membership suspension.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Logging into your customer account, or

• Emailing contact@hanger&co.com

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

If cancellation occurs after a billing charge has already processed, the current month’s order will still be fulfilled.

Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and shipping information.
Hanger&Co is not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
