When am I billed?
You are billed once per month from your signup date.

How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime via your account or by emailing contact@hanger&co.com.

When will I receive my order?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days after billing and arrive within standard delivery times.

Do you offer refunds?
Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed, but damaged items can be replaced.
