Subscription Charges
Because our membership provides access to curated clothing and fulfillment services on a recurring basis, subscription charges are non-refundable once processed.
Customers may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos and your order number.
We will review and provide a replacement if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our customer service team.
